A slightly elevated panoramic view of the intersection of Atlantic and Beverly in East Los Angeles, facing east and south. Both Atlantic Boulevard, which runs the length of the image, and Beverly Boulevard, which is just right of center and goes out into the distance, are labeled by hand in white. There are two service stations at the corner, the one in the center is a Richfield station, and the one on the right is a 76 station. There are subdivisions beyond the stations, with houses still under construction in the subdivision on the left. A note written in white on the intersection in the bottom right corner reads "Made Jan 29, 1946 ; Pettit's Studio ; 1416 W. Pico L.A. ; Phone RI 8534".

A panoramic view of the Marlow-Burns subdivision in Windsor Hills in Los Angeles. The houses are closely spaced, except where there are empty lots. There is construction work going on on the far right of the image, pouring concrete and laying a foundation. There are several automobiles parked on the near side of the street on the right, but only one on the far side of the street, left of center.

Roxbury Drive subdivision, Beverly Hills. October 15, 1938

A panoramic street view of the Roxbury Drive subdivision in Beverly Hills. Three two-story buildings have been constructed, each with multiple apartment units. The two on the far left are completed, but the one just to the right of them is still under construction. A few houses have been built beyond the apartments buildings, and more on the far right. The land between is undeveloped, as is the land in the immediate foreground, and there is a sign at the street corner that reads "Roxbury Manor ; New income lots ; Lawrence Block Co." A few automobiles are parked on the streets. Writing in white in bottom right corner reads "Photo by Osborne ; C.C. Pierce & Co. ; 1572 W. Pico Blvd. L.A."

Real estate development pre-opening sale, Atlantic and Beverly, East Los Angeles. February 1, 1934

A slightly elevated panoramic view of a real estate development in East Los Angeles, at the corner of Atlantic and Beverly. The area in the foreground is a parking lot, with only two automobiles in it. A main is painting a wall adjacent to the parking lot, creating an advertisement extolling the virtues of investing in real estate. Beyond this lot and on the right are tracts of land with signs announcing "Pre-Opening Sales". Writing in white over a tree at the bottom of the image reads "W. Pico Blvd. ; L.A. ; Mar. 1-1934."

A panoramic street view of the Roxbury Drive subdivision in Beverly Hills. Three two-story buildings have been constructed, each with an upstairs and a downstairs apartment. The rest of the land is undeveloped, and there is a sign on the left that reads "Roxbury Manor ; New income lots ; Lawrence Block Co." There is a stack of lumber between the buildings, and men with pickaxes are working on the land to the left of the building in the center. Two automobiles are parked in the street on the far right, and another four are parked beyond the apartment buildings.
