The land between is undeveloped, as is the land in the immediate foreground, and there is a sign at the street corner that reads "Roxbury Manor ; New income lots ; Lawrence Block Co." A few automobiles are parked on the streets. Writing in white in bottom right corner reads "Photo by Osborne ; C.C. Pierce & Co. ; 1572 W. Pico Blvd. L.A."

A panoramic view of the Marlow-Burns subdivision in Windsor Hills in Los Angeles. The houses are closely spaced, except where there are empty lots. There is construction work going on on the far right of the image, pouring concrete and laying a foundation. There are several automobiles parked on the near side of the street on the right, but only one on the far side of the street, left of center.

An elevated panoramic view of downtown Long Beach, facing east. The street just right of center is Ocean, with a large open park area and an Elks' lodge to its left and Pekin Cafe and De-Nae Cafeteria to its right. The street on the left, Chestnut, has numerous houses and low apartment buildings on both sides, and is lined with parked cars. The Pike is along the beach on the right, with a roller coaster, rides, and shops, and beyond that is the pier. Writing in white in bottom left corner reads "Pierce ; Phto".

A panoramic view of Westwood Village in Westwood, Los Angeles. In the center of the foreground there is a Richfield Oil service station, with a few automobiles parked in front. There is another automobile on the street next to the station which has bullhorns on the roof. The street that runs from the lower left corner past the service station is now Glendon. The area on the left is mostly commercial, with stores like Ralphs, and gas stations, while the area on the right is mostly residential, with large, low apartment buildings.
