Description: Borel Powerhouse - Kern River - Borel 3rd stage - Shows work accomplished on construction of new concrete flume at Tilley #3 prior to canal outage when steel flume can be removed. Concrete piers raised and backfilled for floor slab support with the exception of two center spans which were left open for drainage.
