    One boxed set of paints entitled Bradley's Water Colors: Master Art Tubes, manufactured by the Milton Bradley Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, ca. 1915. The set is comprised of three triangular glass dishes, 9 tubes of paint and several paint brushes. The set is housed within an orange and black- colored paperboard box, with the number "4024" printed below the manufacturer's name. This set has been used; only 3 tubes of paint remain and 4 paint brushes and 1 fragment of a paint brush are in the box. All have been used.

    One boxed set of tempera paint labeled Bradley's Tonal Tempera Poster & Showcard Colors, manufactured by the Milton Bradley Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, ca. 1925. The set is comprised of eight glass jars, approximately 2 oz. each. A green and white paper label is on each jar, along with the color contained in that jar. Accompanying these paints are 2 paintbrushes, numbered 12 and 14. The set is housed within a cloth-covered paperboard box with a hinged lid. "Mr. Jordan" is written in ms., in ink, below the company name on the underside of the lid.

    Three boxes of paint labeled AmazArt Colors, manufactured by Binney & Smith Co., New York, ca. 1935. Each of the three yellow and red boxes contains a 2 oz. tube of paint and printed directions for use. The three colors here are green, blue, and vermilion. Promotional text on the sides of the boxes reads: "New sensational art medium. Easy to use no special talent needed to hand-decorate fabrics, wood, glass, china and other surfaces," and "Draw, paint, design, write, mark with tube tip, no waiting to dry - no fixing of colors, made in vermilion, yellow, green, blue, brown, black."

    One boxed set of watercolor paints entitled Water Color School Box, manufactured by Wadsworth, Howland & Co., Boston, Massachusetts, ca. 1895. The set is comprised of 10 small cakes of watercolor paint set within two rows of metal supports, one quill brush, one wooden stick, and a small stick of charcoal. The set is housed within a metal box; the lid is divided into four sections: the top two sections contain the manufacturer's name and address, the bottom two contain the title. The box is colored green and has gold lettering. A printed slip of paper is laid into the bottom of the box underneath the two rows of paints, so only a portion of it is legible: "When you need more of any of the colors in this box we will furnish them at short notice. Wadsworth, Howland & Co., Inc."

    One boxed collection of paints containing 5 jars of paint and two small mirrors. Four of the jars are labeled Prang Craft Colors, manufactured by the Prang Company, New York, and Chicago. Four (4) of the jars are Prang colors, labeled, individually, "Base Blue A", "Base Blue B", "Base Red" and "Yellow". The other jar of paint is from Waldcraft and is labeled "Reseda Green". The label on one of the Prang bottles reads: "Prang Craft-Colors. For staining basswood and all close grained woods, raffia, reeds, etc. May be used on drawing paper and cardboard with either brush or pen. Fast to light, non-running, non-inflammable; may be thinned with water and mixed to secure any shade. See circular for directions. The Prang Company, New York, Chicago."
