This 4-page form (1 sheet folded to create a 4-page leaflet) organizes images for sale by school grade, from Grade 1 through "Fourth Year High." The last page is the actual order form, with a printed date of "190_". A pencil ms. note at the bottom of the last page reads "1935". This form was laid into a catalog entitled Turner Art Catalogue, HEH RB# 603411.

The School Calendar, 1949-1950 lists beginning and ending dates for three terms, and a note about summer courses. The Tuition Rates sheet is illustrated with a "Map guide to Whitney School Buildings", and provides tuition rates for both day and evening school. Both items are printed on one side of individual sheets and were laid into the Whitney School of Art Catalog entitled When You Come to Whitney School of Art, (HEH RB# 603465).     One 5-page brochure entitled Day, Evening, Saturday Morning Information: New England School of Art, published by the New England School of Art, Boston, Massachusetts, 1948. The brochure is made from a single sheet that has been printed on both sides and folded into fourths. The first opening lists professional placement opportunities, day and evening tuition, and Saturday morning tuition. The back page contains the academic calendar for 1948-1949. The innermost page, when fully opened, lists the faculty "selected from the professional fields." This brochure is printed with color decorative graphics. The item was laid into the catalog entitled The New England School of Art, 1948, (HEH RB# 603463).

    Three items: two envelopes and one publisher's advertisement, entitled Books and Folios to Help You in Your Teaching and Creative Work, published by the Davis Press, Publishers, The School Arts Magazine, Worcester, Massachusetts, ca. 1948. The flyer, a two-sided illustrated sheet, lists advertised titles and their prices on one side and features an order form on the other. The illustrations at the top of the order form are signed "Margot Lyon." A return envelope accompanies the order form. Both items are printed on bright orange paper. Accompanying these is a mailing envelope from School Arts Magazine addressed to "Miss Mabel Spofford, 8 Cherry Street, Danvers, Mass." All three items were laid into a publisher's catalog entitled Arts and Crafts: Books and Portfolios to Help you in 1948-49, (HEH RB# 603448). The dimensions listed are for the order form, unfolded.

    Brown's Famous Pictures ; Brown's Famous Bible Pictures

    Three price lists: one (and its duplicate) for art reproductions by the George P. Brown & Co., Beverly, Massachusetts, ca. 1924. They are entitled Brown's Famous Pictures for February, March and April and Brown's Famous Bible Pictures. The former was issued as a double-sided single sheet; the latter as a 6-page price list. All three items were laid in a Brown & Co. Catalog, HEH RB #603406. The two single-sheet price lists are illustrated with a single row of images across each side of the leaf. Below the title and images reproduction cards are listed for sale and grouped by categories, for example: Washington Pictures, Dickens Pictures, Lincoln Picture; Thanksgiving and Christmas Pictures. Brown's Famous Bible Pictures is illustrated with a single image on the first page. This publisher's price list also groups images by category: 'The Life of Christ'; 'Old Testament Pictures'; 'Christmas Pictures'; 'Easter Pictures'; 'Madonnas'; 'Miniature Bible Pictures'. An ink stamp indicated a price change. "May 1924" is written in ms., in pencil, on the first page of this list.
