    A copy of a speech Otis Chandler gave at the Texaco Round Table on March 14, 1973. Attached to the speech is a memo from Freddie Miller which informs Otis Chandler of the activities of the day. Other items in this folder include a newspaper page; two thank you letters from Douglas D. Barman, Chairman at of The Texaco Round Table, one address to Freddie Miller and the other to Otis Chandler; a two page letter from L.R. Christy, Vice-Chairman of the Texaco Round Table, inviting Otis Chandler to speak.

Notable names and subjects include: her childhood and youth (pp. 2 - 8) ; she started at LAT in 1960 when Otis Chandler became publisher ; feedback from the John Birch Society series was one of her first big assignments - draft replies for Otis Chandler (pp. 14 - 15) ; her recollections of the day Norman Chandler died and she aided the family (pp. 19) ; daily activities (pp. 20 - 23) ; OC elected to Board of Associated Press (pp. 29 - 30).
