Image is of a view of the Victorian Gothic church from the southeast (ca. 1855 according to Baird) with a spire which was never built (also according to Baird). There are inscriptions visible on the lower part of the tower. There are a few small buildings to the right of the church and larger buildings to the left. Lower image is a view looking south from Telegraph Hill with the Plaza near the center, wharves and ships to the left, and two or three streets of buildings to the right. Baird notes that this image is apparently based on Swan's "View of San Francisco, From Telegraph Hill." Paper color: blue.
