    A large map in four sheets. Maine is shown as the "Eastern Part of Massachusets." Vermont is still part of New Hampshire. The arrival of the Mayflower is part of the cartouche with natives presenting a beaver as a sign of peace and Ms. Liberty pointing the way forward to a mixed forest of firs and palm trees.
