  A street view of Beverly Hills City Hall. The main part of the building is three stories, with a tower in the center that goes up to about eight stories. Two one-story wings stretch between the main part of the building and the street. A man in a suit stands in front of the building, at the top of a fountain which extends part of the way up the front steps. There are young palm trees planted in the courtyard just in front of the building. Located at the corner of Crescent Drive and Burton, the building was opened in 1932.

  A slightly elevated panoramic view of Beverly Hills, showing City Hall, parks, and residential and commercial areas. Beverly Gardens Park, with its wide lawns, young trees, and lily ponds, separates the residential area beyond it, filled with palm-lined streets and houses, from the commercial area on the right, with the Security First National Bank of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Community Store, and the Beverly Hills Realty Co. The road stretching from the bottom left corner, past the towering City Hall building on the right, is Santa Monica. There are light rail lines along the near side of Santa Monica. Writing in white in the lower right corner reads "Photo By - ; C.C. Pierce & Co. ; 1572 W. Pico Blvd. L.A. ; 5-20-1932."
