A slightly elevated panoramic view of Beverly Hills, showing City Hall, parks, and residential and commercial areas. Beverly Gardens Park, with its wide lawns, young trees, and lily ponds, separates the residential area beyond it, filled with palm-lined streets and houses, from the commercial area on the right, with the Security First National Bank of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Community Store, and the Beverly Hills Realty Co. The road stretching from the bottom left corner, past the towering City Hall building on the right, is Santa Monica. There are light rail lines along the near side of Santa Monica. Writing in white in the lower right corner reads "Photo By - ; C.C. Pierce & Co. ; 1572 W. Pico Blvd. L.A. ; 5-20-1932."
