Appears to be File No. 1083, according to numbers on individual items. 11/4/31 to 11/23/32 are true dates of actual contents. Final (topmost) item has useful discussion on the actual 4-to-1 peso-to-dollar exchange rate versus the 2-to-1 rate used for accounting purposes. Detailed info on this topic included. Near top is a long mimeographed document detailing: "Names and titles of Mexican officials and other Mexicans referred to in this narrative"; an "Index of the More Important Current Affairs" discussed in the ~35-pp. document, including "Condition of line," Employes -- Number Affected by Strike," "Open Account With SPCo.: Changes in, By Years," and much other useful material. Detailed info on this being done from Nogales to Mazatlán, including copies of the actual agreement, correspondence, etc. The Ericsson Telephone Co. was the company involved, despite the title of this item on cover. Doesn't say if wires were actually run, but does end by granting full permission to do so
