    4 items: two exchanges of letters, in 1960 and 1966 between Norman Chandler and Mary Elena Goodan. Ms. Goodan was a San Marino teen who published a neighborhood "news" sheet. In 1966 upon her high school graduation, she asked Norman Chandler for a job.

Biltmore, 5/13/1930, directed by Peggy Hamilton; photo & caption, Sports Illustrated, 1/9/1956, "Peggy Hamilton's living room," reads attached card; a sheaf of sheet music; several pieces of handwritten correspondence by Hamilton; LAT obit, 2/27/1984, Los Angeles style-setter Peggy Hamilton dies at 90."

    Publisher's Reception for New Employees

    Three pieces of correspondence pertaining to a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Publisher's Reception for New Employees on February 14, 1978. The first item is a note attached to the second item, a memo. The memo is from Freddie Miller and she refers to the memo attached which she sent out over Chandler's name. The third item is a memo sent from Bob Groundwater to Freddie Miller which is a list seating list for the executives.
