2 items: 4 sheets, with two elements--listing personnel of "The Times Phalanx-the organization as it stood in November, 1908," with Harrison Gray Otis, Harry Chandler, Marian Otis Chandler, etc., and three pages copied from the TM Co.'s 19th Annual Report, 1904 - 05; summaries, 7-pp. item titled "Summaries of key Times people for Dick Schlosberg," (printed 9/7/1988), giving brief [and glowing] biographies of LAT publishers up to Otis Chandler, plus editors, marketing execs., etc.
