    Three pieces of correspondence pertaining to a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Publisher's Reception for New Employees on February 14, 1978. The first item is a note attached to the second item, a memo. The memo is from Freddie Miller and she refers to the memo attached which she sent out over Chandler's name. The third item is a memo sent from Bob Groundwater to Freddie Miller which is a list seating list for the executives.

Other items in this folder include a memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront informing her of the information he will be providing her with in the next few days; a four page memo to Robert L. Flannes from Fred Cheuvront, which outlines the program; a two page memo to Loren Hibler, Walt Finke and Spencer Price, regarding microphones; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront regarding notes to be discussed with Freddie Miller; a four page document, one depicting the stage seating and the other three pages are Robert J. Groundwater's script; a two page memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront, regarding the arrangements for the ceremony; and ten pages of notes that helped to create the speech.
