Four copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Audit Bureau of Circulation Annual Conference on Wednesday, November 8, 1978. Two of the copies include an introduction and hand written notes. Other items in this folder include a program for the event; a copy of the Audit Bureau of Circulations' News Bulletin, a page from Audit Bureau of Circulations' News Bulletin; a one page, double sided, schedule; and eighteeen items of correspondence which consist of one memo, one telegram and thirteen letters.
