Please note: the spine is heavily damaged and flaking and both covers are loose; also enclosed: 11 pages of autograph notes previously laid inside front cover and various pages.

A musical piece dedicated to Adolf Böttger and written in Leipzig, Germany. The spine and front cover contain the English title "In the Spring;" the manuscript is bound in red morocco gilt and there is slight damage to the spine. Also included are various autograph notes and musical pieces originally laid into the volume.
