Most cases concern libel, felony, and misdemeanor, and bankruptcy trials and proceedings, with a few admiralty and maritime suits. Included are papers relating to various lawsuits of the Second Bank of the United States

(1863- 1869), First National Bank (1865-1875), Merchants' National Bank (1870-1872), Lancaster & Co. (1874), Davenport & Co. (1876-1879), and others.

The questioners include A.J. Jones, Leon Schorp, Alex Hart, Julius Tischler and E.A. Ezekiel. Soft paper covers; bound by McCoy & Calvin Printers, Meadville, Pennsylvania. Also included are nine newspaper clippings with news of the 1905 programs in Russia.
