Two one-story wings stretch between the main part of the building and the street. A man in a suit stands in front of the building, at the top of a fountain which extends part of the way up the front steps. There are young palm trees planted in the courtyard just in front of the building. Located at the corner of Crescent Drive and Burton, the building was opened in 1932.
