The album consists of 295 black-and-white and hand-tinted portraits and group photographs depicting Veda Kemper, members of her family, and friends chiefly in the late 1930s. Many of these photographs were taken at homes in Denver, Colorado; Evanston, Illinois; Omaha, Nebraska; and Florida, as well as in and around Southern California. Also included are photographs [taken by Kemper?] depicting landscapes and cityscapes, primarily in Southern California; some of these include family and friends.
