    Two boxed sets of colored crayons entitled Crayonex, manufactured by the American Crayon Co., Sandusky, Ohio and New York. Set 8 is Crayonex No. 323 (24 colors); Set 9 is Crayonex No. 326 (32 colors). Each set is housed within a black paperboard box with cutouts so the crayons can be partially seen. The company logo is printed on the box in white, with the phrase: "Old Faithful Tuned Palet Color Products."

    Two advertisement flyers from the O-P Craft Co., Inc., of Sandusky, Ohio, circa 1935. Env. 1 contains a 4-page reprint from Everyday Art Magazine entitled "The Growing Popularity of Home and School Crafts" by Earle F. Opie. The magazine excerpt describes the "pleasures and possibilities" of art craft work and promotes the use of O-P Craft products. The flyer is illustrated with both completed and incomplete projects (e.g. examples of crayonexing, carving). Envelope 2 contains a 6-page (i.e. a single sheet folded into thirds) illustrated flyer/catalog of O-P Craft products and supplies entitled "O-P Craft Articles for Hand Decoration: Projects of Beauty for Home, Gift, or Profit." Some of the items offered for sale are O-P Craft color charts, Crayonex crayons, paint-by-number fabric designs, Prang tempera paints and craft mats. Title supplied by cataloger.

    One pamphlet (one sheet, folded into sixths)entitled Things to Make with "Milo" Plastic Modeling Material, published by American Crayon Company, Sandusky, Ohio, 1931. The cover depicts a seated girl, sculpting a squirrel from Milo modeling clay, with a box of the clay on the table in front of her. Pages 1-9 consist of projects and ideas for use of Milo modeling clay, and pages 10 and 11 are advertisements for various sizes and colors of the clay. The pamphlet is printed in black and green ink, and is illustrated. Additional locations and offices of the American Crayon Company are listed at the bottom of p. 10: "New York Office, 200 Fifth Avenue, San Francisco, 116 New Montgomery Street, Dallas, Texas, Santa Fe Building".
