Baird notes that this illustration is related to the top central vignette of "Hutchings Miners' Ten Commandments." The text printed below the illustration outlines the ten commandments. Baird notes that the text is also related to "Hutchings Miners' Ten Commandments," but Commandment VI is abbreviated and Commandment X is rephrased and abbreviated.
