Description: "Scale 3/4" = 1 Ft."--scale given. The original case and sheet numbers have been scratched out and replaced with "1463-42134"; the stamp and the original case number are the similar to the one found on ephKMSP 006, indicating the origin of the drawing is Union Iron Works Co., San Francisco. "Peru"--on verso, in ms., in pencil. Unknown as to when the copy was made. Original had a tear and when copy was made the lower right corner was curled creating a gap. The Peru operated for Pacific Mail between 1892 and 1919; built for PMSSCO by Union Iron Works in 1891-92; she was the second Pacific Mail vessel to carry this name. Focus of item: Peru (1892-1919).

Unknown as to when the copy was made. This sheet has four tables giving the capacities for storage of cargo, water, coal and the cubic feet of rooms; also drawn is a simplified profile of the Peru showing the cargo holds.
