A fleur de lis graphic element is embossed below title. The number "42" is affixed to the top of spine with glue. Album contains mostly mass produced postcards and souvenir photographs of the aftermath of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, very few if any of the images taken by London himself.

Images are of Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, some taken by London, some are souvenir photos and postcards. Images are primarily of the natural scenery and people of the islands. There are also several posed portraits of Ernest Darling, know as the Nature Man, taken by London.
