An album containing 14 photographs of the Golden Reward mine near Deadwood, South Dakota, showing the town of Deadwood and nearby Lead, mining operations, and local workers. Among the photographs is one of men with surveyor's equipment; one captioned "The Chief, The Captain, Uncle Jimmy & the Rig," which includes Captain Seth Bullock, a frontier sheriff and board member of the Golden Reward Mining Company; and one of three women in a dining hall, including an individual who appears to be Asian American.
