Description: Powerhouse 2a - Looking downhill along penstock for Powerhouse 2A from the point above the S.J.E. & R.R. at West Portal. The pipe showing in the picture is the Ferrum banded. The concrete culvert enclosing the penstock is shown in the picture where the pipe passes through the culvert and under the SJ&E Railroad. .
