Telegram from Peter SooHoo, Secretary of the Los Angeles Chinatown, to Governor Frank Marriam informing him that they have reorganized the opening celebration to earlier in the day so he can attend. Telegram stresses the number of Chinese-American that will present at the opening. They ask him to reconsider and come.
