Description: Letter from Joe Shoong to Peter SooHoo, informing SooHoo that he, Shoong, had lunch with Frank McLaughlin, Head of the Work Projects Administration in California, and filled him in on the New Chinatown project. Shoong suggests that when Mclaughlin is in Los Angeles that SooHoo and Adrian Wilson meet with him. There may be WPA funds available.
