This collection of manuscripts concern lands granted to Luis Peralta, a soldier at the Presidio of San Francisco. The lands are decreed by Governor Solá to be returned to Peralta after being taken away, and Luis Argüello is charged with performing the adminsitrative duties. The lands are located north of Mission San José and near San Leandro Creek. Includes a copy in Spanish, and an English copy of Peralta's title.
