George Smith Patton Senior and Junior stand on the porch of a house, with vines growing along the outside of the porch on the right. Patton Sr., on the left, is wearing a dark suit, white shirt, and bow tie, has wavy hair, and a full mustache. Patton Jr., on the right, is wearing a black suit, white shirt, and tie, is holding a white hat with a black band under his left arm, and has blond hair brushed across the top of his head.

Two automobiles adapted to run on railroad tracks, traveling along a wooded hillside. Mr. Huntington sits in the first car with Mr. Rollins and Mr. Ward. MS note on verso reads "[Cascada, Calif. San Joaquin & Eastern R.R. 4/7/14.] Rollins, G.C. Ward, HE Huntington in 1st car." "Cascada" was the name for Big Creek from 1902 to 1926.

A colored, bust-length engraved studio portrait. Mr. Huntington is shown in a dark suit and bow tie. Below the image is his signature, and in the surround are eagles and scrollwork. Typed note in lower left corner reads "Copyright - NSB, Inc."
