Huntington is on the platform immediately to the left of the car, third from the bottom. MS notes on verso read "Mt. Lowe, group includes HEH - also, probably, E--- Randolph (light suit, black hat, in the car)", "Gift of Mrs. Rox Donaldson, her uncle was E--- Randolph", and "HEH at Mt. Lowe, 1910?"

Two automobiles adapted to run on railroad tracks, traveling along a wooded hillside. Mr. Huntington sits in the first car with Mr. Rollins and Mr. Ward. MS note on verso reads "[Cascada, Calif. San Joaquin & Eastern R.R. 4/7/14.] Rollins, G.C. Ward, HE Huntington in 1st car." "Cascada" was the name for Big Creek from 1902 to 1926.

Henry and Collis Huntington standing on a sidewalk in San Francisco with a newspaper boy. Henry has a newspaper under his arm, and Collis is leaning on a cane. MS note attached to verso reads "With Collis in San Francisco, about 1892." Another copy, photCL 285 folder 3 (3), has MS notes on the verso that read "Collis P. Huntington, HEH, and newsboy" and "Metcalf, 1984."
