Verso text suggests early printing date through rules and clothing suggestions. (Burn or bury tin cans and refuse...) OPAC lists this as a gift of the U.S. Forest Service in July 1923. Mono National Forest was divided between Inyo and Toiyabe in 1946 and the name was dissolved.
