Flannes regarding the Orange County Service Award program; a memo from Robert L. Flannes regarding the Orange County Service Awards; two memos from Fred Cheuvront to Robert L. Flannes regarding the outline/proposal; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront to Esther Montgomery, Projection Booth Operator, providing an outline of the ceremony.

Bird (president of Occidental College), standing, and Miss Sydney Temple (president of the Art Noon Club) and Dr. Otto Klemperer (conductor), both seated, attend an arts meeting at the Biltmore where the cultural needs of the city of Los Angeles were discussed. Both the Los Angeles Art Association (part body of the Art Noon Club) and the Southern California Symphony Association were represented.

Notable items: 12-pp. "(TM Co.) 1967 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders ; 2-pp. memo on "Antitrust Compliance" (1966) and related material ; form letter / invitation over NC's signature for "an event of historic significant in the 79 years of the Los Angles Times... a luncheon on Monday, April 11th [1960]... in the Bowl of the Biltmore Hotel" (at this luncheon Otis Chandler's appointment as Publisher was announced) .
