Also included in this folder is a photocopy of a handwritten "Actual Time" schedule for the 1966 awards; a memo from Fred Cheuvront to Freddie Miller regarding the auditorium seating plan; a handwritten note to Freddie Miller from Richard S. Robinson; two memos from Fred Cheuvront to Robert L. Flannes, one regarding service awards and ceremony for executives and the other regarding the program outline; a memo from Otis Chandler to Management Personnel informing them of allowing awardees to leave early; a memo from Helen Brown listing the 1968 retirements; an outlined program for the 1967 service awards; a seating chart.

    Two copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Service Awards on January 13, 1971. One of the copies includes an introduction. Other items in this folder include a memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront informing her of the information he will be providing her with in the next few days; a four page memo to Robert L. Flannes from Fred Cheuvront, which outlines the program; a two page memo to Loren Hibler, Walt Finke and Spencer Price, regarding microphones; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront regarding notes to be discussed with Freddie Miller; a four page document, one depicting the stage seating and the other three pages are Robert J. Groundwater's script; a two page memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront, regarding the arrangements for the ceremony; and ten pages of notes that helped to create the speech.

Flannes regarding Times Executives Anniversary dates; a copy of an articled entitled Freedom of the Press: Who Cares?; and two copies of a five page memo outlining the ceremony from Fred Cheavront to Robert L. Flannes.

Also included in this folder are invitations, one handwritten the other printed with envelope; a three page document comparing the 1965 and 1966 ceremonies; a two page memo from Fred Cheuvront to Robert L. Flannes regarding service anniversaries and eligible employees for the award; a one page itinerary of the event; and three pages from the speech that announce the recipients of the award.
