Description: Three copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Service Award Ceremony on January 29, 1975. One of the copies has a note from Paul D. Quadras which states its an edited version ready to be sent out for printing. Other items in this folder include a memo from Charles C. Chase regarding employee transfers between facilities; four pages listing employee and their years of service; a memo from Charles C. Chase to Robert L. Flannes regarding the Orange County Service Award program; a memo from Robert L. Flannes regarding the Orange County Service Awards; two memos from Fred Cheuvront to Robert L. Flannes regarding the outline/proposal; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront to Esther Montgomery, Projection Booth Operator, providing an outline of the ceremony.

Two copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Service Awards on January 13, 1971. One of the copies includes an introduction. Other items in this folder include a memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront informing her of the information he will be providing her with in the next few days; a four page memo to Robert L. Flannes from Fred Cheuvront, which outlines the program; a two page memo to Loren Hibler, Walt Finke and Spencer Price, regarding microphones; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront regarding notes to be discussed with Freddie Miller; a four page document, one depicting the stage seating and the other three pages are Robert J. Groundwater's script; a two page memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront, regarding the arrangements for the ceremony; and ten pages of notes that helped to create the speech.

Two copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the 1966 Service Awards honoring three employees who have completed 45 years of service . The copies vary a bit. Also included in this folder are invitations, one handwritten the other printed with envelope; a three page document comparing the 1965 and 1966 ceremonies; a two page memo from Fred Cheuvront to Robert L. Flannes regarding service anniversaries and eligible employees for the award; a one page itinerary of the event; and three pages from the speech that announce the recipients of the award.
