Two copies of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Service Awards on January 13, 1971. One of the copies includes an introduction. Other items in this folder include a memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront informing her of the information he will be providing her with in the next few days; a four page memo to Robert L. Flannes from Fred Cheuvront, which outlines the program; a two page memo to Loren Hibler, Walt Finke and Spencer Price, regarding microphones; a three page memo from Fred Cheuvront regarding notes to be discussed with Freddie Miller; a four page document, one depicting the stage seating and the other three pages are Robert J. Groundwater's script; a two page memo to Freddie Miller from Fred Cheuvront, regarding the arrangements for the ceremony; and ten pages of notes that helped to create the speech.
