The large marble building has a dome over one corner, and a circular entryway with fluted columns and steps on the the street-side. The road is paved with cobblestones and has tracks for trolley cars, one of which is passing the building on the left. There is a horse-drawn cart on the right, and about a dozen pedestrians.
