    A view of the sick room in the house in Mount McGregor in Wilton, New York, where President Ulysses S. Grant died in 1885. The paintings hanging on the wall are all by George Romney: (from left to right) Catherine (Halhead) Burton (1789), Penelope (Rycroft) Lee Acton (1791), and Jeremiah Miles (1780-1783). Above the table is a metal and glass chandelier with electric candles. MS note on verso reads "HEH residence as art gallery: dining room." Stamp on verso reads "Keystone Photo Service, 1231 Olive Street, Los Angeles, Cal." This photograph appeared in Pictorial California and the Pacific in November 1930.
