More of the same about the ICS, and probably lots of good material detailing SPM interaction with Mexican govt. Hey! Harry Chandler of The Times was apparently the original owner, who sold part or all of it to SPM. (See letter dated 9/16/36 from Walter Douglas to Hale Holden. Douglas seems exceptionally frank in his letters. More discussion about the possible sale of this line to Mexican government. Note that Item 2 precedes Item 1 chronologically; they were out of order in the box so I've left them that way
