Description

Film shows the original wooden flumes on the Kern River, and how they were later replaced with metal flumes on the Borel Conduit. Scenes of construction, workers, equipment. (Poor condition - severe vinegar syndrome and curling film.)

Includes narration of a power line blow out filmed in slow motion.
