Promotional film and survey of California Electric Power terrain and infrastructure, aerial footage of snow in Sierras, workers checking equipment in deep snow. 11:51 scenes of California cities and towns with emphasis on neon signs and including steel foundry, agriculture, and household appliances in use. 30:00 mark shifts to SCE workers in the field, pouring concrete, work camps, inside a power station. Includes narration of a power line blow out filmed in slow motion.
