Description

Contains one cover letter and two works of fiction based on Bassett's experiences in the South Pacific. The cover letter is addressed to Ben Hibbs, Editor of the Saturday Evening Post, and was written to accompany "Action in the Slot" (37 typed pages). A second story in the folder is "Escape" (8 pages), which is not mentioned in the cover letter.
