Materials created and/or distributed by the Los Angeles Times or Times Mirror Co. for training programs for managers, including "Leadership in Industry"-a publication for industrial foremen; leadership training; affirmative action awareness; the Management Training Program; and the Times Mirror Management Conference. Of note is the Circulation Roadman Training Program materials used by Otis Chandler and the Ben L. Wells leadership training and testing materials used by Norman Chandler. Date range is 1941-1944.
