Assn.) reacting to an article in The Bulletin (1/18/1968) criticizing the American press in general; a tear sheet of the article, actually the text of a speech by Dr. Jean Crum; LAT memo to Williams indicating that Hood was "an extreme right winger"; a Williams letter to Hood; a contrite response to Williams' letter to Hood; a "reply" by Dr. Crum which ran in The Bulletin (2/15/1968).
