Myers (Publisher, New Republic) ; 2-pp. memo, 9/3/1970, to Nick Williams from Freddie Miller on the subject of "Visiting firemen." "Firemen" seems to be a code word since the list contains dates and names of visiting United States political and military leaders and foreign VIPs such as ambassadors and ministers of foreign nations.
