7 items: letter, 9/7/1938, "Bowron for Mayor" flyer, to "Members of the Police and Fire Departments, City of Los Angeles" ; copy of "Recall Petition" aimed at Bowron (1939), mentioning "his demoralizing influence on all who come in contact with him" - the origin of this recall is not recorded ; booklet, "Mayor's Message (with) 1946 - 47 Proposed Budget, City of Los Angeles, Honorable Fletcher Bowron, Mayor" ; 7-pp. transcript of "Broadcast by Mayor Fletcher Bowron -- Station KFI" - 1/6/1952 ; 7-pp. transcript of "Broadcast (by Bowron)" - 6/15/1952 ; letter, 12/20/1956, from Fletcher Bowron to Kyle Palmer, LAT Political Editor, thanking him for the fact that LAT had given him "fair treatment... as a candidate for election as Judge of the Superior Court," since, but this is not mentioned, LAT had often attacked him in the past ; 6-pp. list of "Signers of the nominating petition for the re-election of...Bowron, filed February 5 (1942, 1944?)," followed by alphabetical list of names.
