    First appeared in late 1916 and alternatively titled Illustrated Magazine, Illustrated Weekly, and the Sunday Magazine, this weekly supplement included photography, fiction, and personal interest stories. The last issue was printed on November 24, 1940. Date range is 1899-1905, 1921-1923, 1928-1935.
