Noteworthy bulletins: bulletin of 2/6/1991, "The Times is discontinuing its afternoon edition, the P.M. Final" (due to eroding readership) ; bulletin of 2/22/1991, "Jeff Hall is taking on a new assignment, effective March 4, as a special assistant to Dick Schlosberg, Times Mirror group vice president, newspapers" (Jeff Klein, previous assistant to the publisher, will now oversee all business operations related to the Valley and Ventura editions).
