Also included are newspaper clippings about the event, tickets and RSVP card, an invitation, a two page fact sheet, and three letters of correspondence between Otis Chandler and Russell E. Ward [First Vice President, USC Journalism Alumni Association], regarding nominations for the 1973 awards. Attached to these letters are tickets to the event and a list of past recipients.
