Approx. 45 items - letters, memos, reports, newspaper and magazine articles, tearsheets and other material related to what Jim Shaffer, in a memo to Don Wright (10/2/1985), referred to as "the overall health of the Los Angeles Times." A number of article copies from other publications are in the folder.
