The minutes cover several meetings of the association's board of directors from 1915 to 1916. The minutes contain the by-laws of the association, the names of its board members, its purpose, and its change of name. Included with the manuscript is a photograph of Calavo Growers of California's employees picking avocados (c.1924).

They include: financial statements, the programs from dinner meetings, the names of Association members and applicants, and references to Association conferences. The minutes also note the titles of various lectures presented at Association functions on medical topics relating to Urology.

Hospital Building Association minutes

The volume contains the meeting minutes (and the By-Laws) of the Hospital Building Association from 1895 to 1904. Although the first several pages consist of handwritten text, the majority of the volume contains items glued into the pages including: typed notes, pieces of correspondence, and clippings. The minutes deal with the activities of the association as well as its finances. The volume also contains the minutes of the Los Angeles College Clinic Association from 1905 to 1923.

Montgomery Meigs letters to Montgomery C. Meigs and Louisa Meigs

This small group includes three autograph letters of Montgomery Meigs, one to his mother Louisa (incomplete), one to his father of the same name, and one fragment (probably to one of his parents). The letters are illustrated with three small sketches. Also included is a color map of the Prairie Bay, Otter Tail Lake and environs in Minnesota. Two of the letters have typescripts.
