An ornate photograph album wrapped in green velvet and attached to a wooden display stand. The album folds down for opening and reveals a mirror on the stand. The pages are decorated paper, with inserts for photographs.

Souvenir Postcard Albums

Visual Materials

Set of four volumes belonging to Yoch with postcards from Europe, Mexico, and Africa, some containing correspondence or annotations. Three albums have indexes; the volumes are labeled "F.Y." with numbers 1-4. Volume 1 contains approximately 180 postcards from Africa, Austria, Belgium, and England, several with brief handwritten annotations (65 pages). Volume 2 contains approximately 180 postcards from France, Germany, Holland, and Hungary (50 pages). Volume 3 contains approximately 390 photographs of Italy, Mallorca, Mexico, Spain, and Switzerland (98 pages); the album includes several loose items. Volume 4 contains approximately 170 items, including postcards and photographs depicting landscapes, flowers, people, missions, exteriors and interiors of homes, artwork, statues and frescoes, and other imagery; many of the works shown are from the Museo Nationale, and several photographs are probably by Yoch and Council (45 pages).

Sir Sydney Carlyle Cockerell album of letters, photographs, and printed material

Manuscripts

An album created by Sydney Cockerell; cover is dated 1898. The album contains autograph letters, many with envelopes, photographs, and printed material; some pages have been annotated by Cockerell. Previous to the acquisition by the Huntington Library some of the pages have been removed and some items have been removed from the pages which remain.

Fairfax Walkup photograph album and scrapbook pages

Manuscripts

Contains a photograph album and pages of a scrapbook with photographs depicting students and student life; materials were compiled by Fairfax Walkup and dated 1928-1939, undated. Also contains a few loose photographs from Walkup's photograph album, possibly connected to a course she taught about costumes and costuming, plus one of an unidentified woman; two publicity photographs of a dance class, from 1956; one photograph of students in a dorm; and one photograph of students in an acting class, both undated.
